Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • To learn sales administration by rotating through multiple sales office functions, gaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Observe the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business, providing valuable insights and feedback.
  • Pursue and test sales strategies by calling existing and new clients, maintaining and developing strong relationships with them.
  • To provide additional administrative support to sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Makes rapid and accurate calculations, recording sales and sending copies to the sales team in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills, able to handle complex inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with advanced math skills to accurately calculate sales and financial data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to be persistent and proactive, with a strong drive to meet sales goals and objectives.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
