Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Development Representative to join our Adapt team. As a Key Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients through targeted outreach and sales efforts
  • Educate clients on Adapt's value proposition, including pricing and plans that meet their needs
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth, improve client satisfaction, and enhance overall business performance

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced technology environment
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and objectives
  • Experience working in the B2B SaaS space is essential, with data analysis skills being a plus
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively with customers across the US, Canada, or Europe
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
