About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Solutions Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and driving business growth through the sale of our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Research and gather intelligence on target accounts, industry trends, and key decision-makers to craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to execute outbound campaigns and align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Presentation Objectways' services, including data annotation, content moderation, and generative AI effectively to prospective clients.
  • Drive engagement by addressing client needs, highlighting the value proposition of Objectways' offerings, and guiding prospects toward scheduling discovery meetings.
  • Build and maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system and spreadsheets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including outreach, meetings scheduled, and qualified opportunities generated.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes, strategies, and tactics within the sales team.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a background in marketing is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in the field of sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the team and share best practices.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
