About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a partnerships specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for co-branded campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Create persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Analyze destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Ability to use AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skills in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
