Job Title: Senior Partnership Account Manager - Financial Institutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced partnership manager to drive growth and performance of our financial institution partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned partners.
- Foster trust-based relationships through regular engagement and collaboration.
- Implement partner-facing programs, including onboarding, capacity building, and impact tracking.
- Business Development:
- Contribute to the expansion of our reach by identifying new opportunities within existing partnerships.
- BUILD strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the ecosystem.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor partner performance against agreed milestones.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on partnership status, challenges, and lessons learned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking.
- Demonstrated experience managing large loan portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to manage complex internal and external relationships, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
