Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager, focusing on promoting UK education opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with agents, educational consultants, or institutional partners, and possess strong knowledge of the UK education system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote UK universities and academic programs to business partners, fostering long-term relationships and expanding market reach.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for partners to educate them about UK study opportunities, visa processes, and admission requirements.
  • Support partners with student inquiries, application processing, and documentation, ensuring seamless communication and efficient services.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance and conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Stay up to date with changes in UK immigration and university policies, providing expert advice to partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and operational efforts, driving business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, agency coordination, or overseas education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK study visa processes, universities, and entry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences and build trust with partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and work in a target-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with UK universities or agents focused on UK admissions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and application management tools, utilizing technology to enhance partnership management and efficiency.
