We Are Seeking a Results-Driven Partnerships Leader
Lead senior-level partnerships with Indian colleges and universities to drive academic collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Develop strategic plans to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to promote student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design progression pathways and credit transfer models.
- Align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring academic quality and compliance.
- Lead the execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
- Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, university partners, and Indian institutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations.
- Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.
- Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
