Job Description

As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior mandates across APAC and the Middle East. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile searches with direct exposure to Partners and C-level clients.

We are looking for a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team and support Partner- and C-suite-level searches. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating Market Maps and Talent Pipelines: Develop detailed market maps and talent pipelines for senior mandates to identify top candidates.
  • Conducting Candidate Research: Conduct introductory and screening calls with senior candidates to gauge their interest and qualifications.
  • Delivering In-Depth Research Insights: Provide actionable research insights on firms, markets, and talent pools to inform search strategies.
  • Collaborating with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team on global partner-level mandates to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with a boutique executive search firm or comparable executive search/consulting environment.
  • Background in global consulting or strategy recruitment, preferably with a SHREK firm or similar organization.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to produce structured, actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages are a plus.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
