Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales and Actuarial teams to facilitate closure of individual Group processes.">
  • Oversee the issuance of policies and resolution of customer and intermediary queries.">
  • Maintain a professional and courteous service standard for intermediaries and customers.">
  • Ensure compliance with established company procedures and contribute to process improvements.">
  • Implement and maintain agreed-upon quality and quantity controls.">
  • Supervise and train an effective team to meet business needs.">
  • Coordinate with finance for policy account balance reconciliation.">
  • Lead transformation and digitization initiatives for group business.">

Qualifications:

  • MBA/ACII or equivalent qualification.">
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in customer services or operations departments.">
  • Associate of Insurance Institute (AI) as an added advantage.">
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and influencing skills.">
  • Good experience in operations within the financial services industry.">
  • Experience within the Group Operations department of an insurance company.">
  • Data processing skills to deliver operational efficiency.">
  • Computer proficiency in using databases and office management software.">
