Human Resources Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the daily operations of our HR department.

This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and facilitating training programs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management and employee development practices, as well as knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, with excellent organizational and communication skills. A background in using HR software and systems is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Facilitate training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee development practices
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems
