Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Manager to join our team. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Advisors and driving business growth through effective recruitment, training, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide product knowledge and conduct regular training sessions to ensure advisors have the skills needed to sell products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive business growth.
  • Candidates with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, FMCG, or other industries are preferred.
