Position Summary:

We seek an accomplished Sales and Marketing Professional to lead our sales team in a specific region. The ideal candidate will oversee sales supervisors, expand customer network, manage distributors, and develop strategies to boost market share.

  • Team Oversight: Direct and guide Sales Supervisors across operational areas.
  • Customer Network Expansion: Establish, maintain, and grow the customer base in the assigned region.
  • Distributor Management: Handle distributor appointments, coordination, performance tracking, and relationship building.
  • Route Development: Identify new areas for route expansion, organize marketing initiatives, and participate in events to enhance brand presence.
  • Channel Growth: Focus on modern trade and institutional channels to increase distribution, visibility, and sales volume.
  • Market Share Growth: Develop strategies to increase the company's market share in the assigned region.
  • Stock Optimization: Ensure optimal stock availability, analyze movement patterns, and maintain efficient stock distribution systems.
  • Key Account Handling: Manage and retain key customer accounts through direct engagement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and implement counter-strategies to strengthen market positioning.
  • Receivables Management: Ensure timely payment collection by closely tracking customer accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet company targets.
  • Escalation Resolution: Address and resolve customer escalations promptly.
  • Operational Setup: Maintain necessary business infrastructure to support regional operations.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the FMCG sector with specialized experience in milk and milk products.
  • Skill Set: Strong leadership, distributor management, sales strategy, and market analysis skills are required.
