Audit Senior Job Opportunity

About the Role:

  • As an Audit Senior, you will play a key leadership role in planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations.
  • You will lead engagement teams, provide supervision and support, and promote open communication among team members.
  • You will collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations on legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
  • You will manage multiple engagements concurrently, ensuring timely completion and meeting client deadlines.
  • You will create and track engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • You will conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience with a U.S. accounting firm.
  • Working towards Chartered Accountancy is preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards is required.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and operate as a team player.
