Job Title:
Senior Sales and Partnership Leader for Enterprise Commerce
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales and Partnership Leader to lead our Enterprise Sales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across key enterprise accounts and segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead direct sales efforts to key accounts and segments, navigating large enterprise accounts to drive closure.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies involving direct enterprise sales and licensing-based distribution partnerships.
- Build and deepen strong relationships with C-level executives in partner accounts and client/prospect networks of merchants and commerce partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive successful GTM adoption and achieve sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- 10-15 years of proven experience in relevant field with expertise in Enterprise Commerce and Merchant Acquiring and Partnerships.
- Ability to understand technology and communicate complex solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills, ability to create win-win partnerships, and excellent customer focus.
- Relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, and presenting business solutions.
- Experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams.
