
Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Leader to drive our sales strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales experience in B2B sales, selling to large accounts with complex IT needs.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same company.
- Sales experience in areas of Networking/ Security / Servers- Storage-Backup / Cloud.
- Sound knowledge of the IT Solutions buying process in Enterprise accounts.
- Sound knowledge of Decision Making people and positions involved in the IT buying process.
- Hunter by nature, driving sales growth through strategic relationships.
- Excellent written and oral Communication skills, including good Oral communication skills in local language.
- Good judge of people and situations, tactically sharp in steering situations and people to advantage.
- Adept at steering prospective buyers to their point of view.
- Conversant with sales funnel stages, prospects, suspects, sales actions required for each funnel stage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Enterprise Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
