We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Leader to drive our sales strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales experience in B2B sales, selling to large accounts with complex IT needs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same company.
  • Sales experience in areas of Networking/ Security / Servers- Storage-Backup / Cloud.
  • Sound knowledge of the IT Solutions buying process in Enterprise accounts.
  • Sound knowledge of Decision Making people and positions involved in the IT buying process.
  • Hunter by nature, driving sales growth through strategic relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral Communication skills, including good Oral communication skills in local language.
  • Good judge of people and situations, tactically sharp in steering situations and people to advantage.
  • Adept at steering prospective buyers to their point of view.
  • Conversant with sales funnel stages, prospects, suspects, sales actions required for each funnel stage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
