We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with key enterprise clients. In this senior role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring strong client engagement and long-term business value.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients. This includes understanding client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will also lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions, representing the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives, providing recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, translating client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • A proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Zoho, and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; an MBA is an advantage.
