Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to anchor client relationships in India and beyond.

The ideal candidate will set the standard for how we show up with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams are always a step ahead, and building long-term trust that converts into growth.

This role is responsible for overseeing a client service team that translates business goals into creative action, and spotting opportunities before clients even ask.

The successful candidate will be the person clients call when they're trying to figure out what's next.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs
  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check
  • Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B is a big plus)
  • Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction
  • Track record of running multi-market accounts
