Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner who can collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes and support employee development.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Partner. This role will focus on developing and executing strategies that align with business objectives, while also providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

  • Demand Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and develop plans to meet business needs.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expertise and support in conflict resolution, employee communications, and relationship management.
  • CASE Management: Deliver case management services to support employees with absence, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Work closely with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with business unit needs.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies, local labor laws, and organizational regulations.
  • Drive improvements to HR policies aligned with business requirements and changes in local markets.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate a seamless integration of new employees through an effective onboarding process.
  • Data and Analytics: Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and productivity, informing decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  • Business Restructures: Manage employee-related activities aligned to a business restructure.
  • TUPE: Manage TUPE in/out employee-related activities supporting business acquisitions and transitions.
  • Annual Pay Reviews: Collaborate with the Reward CoE to facilitate Annual Pay Reviews.
  • Workforce Planning: Support Strategic HR Business Partners in workforce planning strategy execution.
  • Location and Working Practice Strategy: Determine location and office attendance strategy with Strategic HR BPs.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Implement DEI strategies and foster inclusive workplace environments.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to risk and compliance management protocols.
  • Wellbeing: Create and deliver wellbeing priorities across the local business.
  • Employee and Manager Support: Lead People Operations service providing support to employees and managers.
  • Team Management and Service Delivery: Develop the HR Team to deliver excellent services to the local business.
  • Communication: Review and approval of local communication charter and ensure monitored communication channels.
  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS): Collaborate with OHS SPOC to monitor natural/geopolitical situations.
  • Merger & Acquisition: Support M&A activities from a country perspective.
