This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional stakeholders in redefining how media experiences come to life. As a Strategic Partner Development Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on maintaining program structure, ensuring accountability, and driving execution across initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing program trackers, calendars, milestones, and goal updates to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establishing and maintaining operating rhythms, including biweekly syncs, quarterly planning, and QBR preparation to foster collaboration.

You will interface directly with various partner platforms, such as Partner Center, ACE, OCP CRM, and other CSP portals, to manage recurring and event-driven administrative tasks efficiently.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to propose enhancements to co-sell tracking, MDF reporting, and operational workflows, contributing to the continuous improvement of our partner ecosystem.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, partner operations, or channel development.
  • Strong familiarity with partner ecosystems, particularly Microsoft CSP/ACE/OCP CRM experience.
