Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, providing insights and recommendations to drive business impact.
  • Lead talent management programs that foster company culture and objectives, drive succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Support managers in conducting fair and consistent performance evaluations, implementing performance improvement plans and coaching for growth.
  • Assist in organizational change management and restructuring, facilitating training and skill enhancement programs.
  • Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making, preparing and presenting reports to senior leadership.
