Strategic HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team.

This role is responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives that support business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement strategies, and collaborating with the Corporate HR team to identify high-potential employees and provide them with training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment and drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Leadership to implement HR strategies and support business objectives
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication
  • Implement Performance Management Systems, including Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and feedback mechanisms
  • Identify Hi-Potential employees and ensure they undergo Talent Development programs in collaboration with Corporate HR
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to enhance functional and behavioral competencies
  • Drive Recognition and Reward programs to recognize and reward high-performing employees
  • Lead Talent Acquisition for the Unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee Onboarding and Integration processes for new hires
  • Identify Training Needs within the Unit and ensure training programs are conducted in collaboration with corporate L&D teams
  • Lead and mentor the unit HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate + MBA in HR or relevant field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
