Senior Human Resources Leader

As a Senior Human Resources Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global HR strategies to drive business growth and transformation.

This is a strategic corporate role that will challenge you to build and scale HR systems worldwide. You will partner with the executive team to drive global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a unified corporate-level HR framework that drives global success.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone, overseeing local HR operations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Launch global training, onboarding, and development programs to support employee growth and retention.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region, drafting and maintaining global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
