HR Leader

A skilled HR leader is required to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
- Lead performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries. They must possess strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
