Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enhancing 4flow's employer brand in India, attracting and hiring new team members, and ensuring successful onboarding.

The HR Manager will work closely with the global HR team to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings for businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and enhancing 4flow's employer brand in India
  • Attracting and hiring new team members in collaboration with ANSR
  • Ensuring successful onboarding of new hires

Requirements:

  • 8-13 years of experience in HR in a global company, ideally in SaaS or digital consulting
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, HR administration, and/or HR business partner role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indian languages
  • Fluency in MS Office and HR software (ideally Workday)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence. They should also have experience with establishing HR processes and regulations based on local legal requirements.

  • Willingness to stick to corporate standards
  • Good interpersonal skills
