Job Overview

The role of Senior Human Resources Executive involves overseeing the management and maintenance of employee records, preparing and analyzing HR reports for strategic decision-making, and driving initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR software system.
  • Develop and analyze comprehensive HR reports and dashboards to inform management decisions.
  • Utilize AI tools to design data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives and systems that drive business results.
  • Design and implement policies that foster a healthy and positive work environment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries and concerns.
  • Organize training programs to enhance professional growth and development.
  • Promote employee engagement through various activities and initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high-performing teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and software applications.
  • Experience working with HRMS systems.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills, with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.
  • Hands-on experience with macros, pivot tables, and other advanced features.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets, ideally over 2000 employees.
