Senior HR Generalist

We are currently seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to join our organization.
Job OverviewThis is a dynamic role that requires an experienced professional to oversee the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive HR initiatives to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR activities with organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Design and manage effective recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Lead onboarding efforts for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Foster open communication and resolve employee concerns in compliance with company policies and laws.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans.
- Identify training needs and design relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits packages.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare essential HR reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
