Human Resources Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting key performance indicators, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
