Job Description
  • Talent Management: Develop and maintain internal & external pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives for a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Advise business leaders and teams on HR matters.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships.
  • Policy & Benefits: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior role
  • Strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
