Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations.
The role requires a proactive individual who can align HR practices with business objectives while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, policy management, compliance, and performance development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.Manage the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and orientation.Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development.Promote a positive working environment through effective employee engagement and relations strategies.Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and exit procedures.Support training and development efforts across departments.Monitor and analyze HR metrics to guide data-driven decision-making.Coordinate compensation and benefits administration in partnership with finance and leadership.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.Preferred Qualifications:Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.Experience in [insert industry, e.g., manufacturing, IT, retail] preferred.Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement tools.
