Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Human Resources Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Conduct comprehensive orientation programs for new employees
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive working environment through proactive communication and conflict resolution
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that drive growth and development
  • Identify training and development needs for employees and provide guidance on career advancement
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Ensure alignment with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters to support business decisions

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field such as Business Administration or Psychology
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations including employment law, benefits administration, and workers' compensation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on results-driven outcomes
