Job Role:

Lead HR Business Partnering and Total Rewards functions as a key strategic enabler of business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals as an HR Business Partner to achieve business objectives
  • Advisory services on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy to senior management to drive innovation and growth
  • Key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning to ensure continuity and competitiveness
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective to foster adaptability and resilience
  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions as part of Total Rewards to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews to ensure fairness and equity
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle to drive performance improvement and employee development
  • Ensure reward programs align with company values and business goals to foster a positive work culture
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet business and regulatory standards to minimize risk and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in high-growth or fast-paced environments to drive results and deliver value
  • Analytical mindset with data analysis skills to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to build trust and collaborate effectively
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school to provide advanced knowledge and expertise
