Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our AI and Digital Transformation team. As a key member of the team, you will bridge strategy, sales, and technology, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to drive successful client engagements.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies. They will be responsible for leading solution scoping, proof-of-concept design, and business case articulation, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to run deep discovery sessions with potential clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Lead solution scoping, proof-of-concept design, and business case articulation, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Translate client needs into technically sound, commercially viable proposals that influence technical evaluations and RFP responses.
  • Architect solution blueprints combining AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems, advising on best-fit technologies and platforms.
  • Support pilot deployments and co-develop initial rollouts with Delivery teams, continuously engaging with internal product and engineering teams to feed insights from the field.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during post-sale handoff, guiding customers in maximizing proprietary frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools.
  • Proven success designing or supporting enterprise-scale solutions, with passion for solving real-world problems using AI and data—not just building cool demos.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
