Power Platform Developer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our analytics and digital transformation team as a skilled Power Platform Developer.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, custom apps, and automated workflows that empower business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and data modeling techniques.
  • Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business operations and improve productivity.
  • Automate workflows and approvals with Power Automate to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions that meet their needs.
  • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, Excel, and Azure services to create seamless workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets to ensure they meet high standards.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions to drive business value.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling, with a deep understanding of how these tools work together.
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) to create integrated workflows.
  • Exposure to Azure services and APIs (REST/JSON) is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI certification is highly valued, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology, with a willingness to adopt new practices and processes.
