Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate test execution aligned with strategic plans, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Review change requests and analysis updates, assessing their impact on test plans and schedules.
  • Monitor daily test progress, environment readiness, and execution blockers; escalate issues proactively.
  • Support comprehensive testing including system integration, functional testing, regression, and UAT phases by facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings to ensure cohesive test operations.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to align on timelines, risks, and milestones related to test execution.
  • Own and approve UAT kickoff by ensuring test readiness, environment stability, defect resolution, and scope completeness.
  • Guide customer-facing UAT sessions, coordinating execution, capturing business feedback, and following up on observations and open issues.
  • Maintain accurate traceability and visibility of test coverage and progress using test management tools.
  • Ensure test script repositories are organized and up-to-date.
  • Track and report objective quality metrics, including defect trends, coverage, and readiness indicators.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers or clients for effective defect management and resolution.
  • Promote and support testing best practices within the team, ensuring alignment with project-level quality goals.
  • Support domain QA managers in risk identification and mitigation planning.
