You will be part of a transformation journey as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving the adoption of innovations like the AP Suite in finance and accounting. You will help expand Agentic AI Solutions across service lines, leading the shift under GenpactNext.

The SME role involves developing strategies and sales presentations for potential business heads, leading blueprints for new business awards to Genpact, and providing consultancy services for Finance Shared Service Centers setup. You will also design effective End-to-End process frameworks for our new and existing customers, aligned with Genpact cornerstones.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope.
  • Lead RFX submissions for new customers.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities due to due diligence expertise.
  • Lead business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of the Sales cycle.
  • As an architect of finance & accounting solutions, once Genpact has been selected, lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework: industry-specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation and release, benchmarking.
  • Focus on managing project engagements, balancing organizational profit and long-term client opportunities.
  • Co-coordinate with Genpact teams on various project management-related activities.
  • Review solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/Operations SMEs.
  • Develop Genpact product offerings in line with industry changes – Optimum solution offerings & digital solutions to support solution design.
  • Work closely with global counterparts from all Genpact regions to attain standardization & improvement in product offerings.
  • Lead Digital SEP projects implementation.
  • Maintain current knowledge on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other industry-specific policies and regulations.
  • Regularly evaluate team members' performance, identify training requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum years of experience in relevant field and companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment).
  • Strong project and people management experience.
  • University graduate with relevant studies.
  • Professional qualification and/or experience in technical accounting represents an advantage.

  • Build strategic relationship skills experience with peers from operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives.
