About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing conversational flows in various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create complex conversational flows that handle multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.
  • Translate business requirements into structured dialogue flows.
  • Integrate conversational agents with external platforms via workflow automation tools.
  • Debug, test, and refine agent behavior to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Document workflows and provide best practices for scalable agent builds.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise with conversational flow creation.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Evidence of completed projects showing real conversational flows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems.
  • Familiarity with other AI platforms for a broader perspective.
