About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our AI-powered products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cost-effectiveness and alignment with our overall architectural vision.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms, as well as strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs). Experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks is also highly desirable.
You will be expected to take ownership of delivery timelines, coordinate complete development of products, manage product releases, pre-plan, and scale infrastructure accordingly. Additionally, you will provide leadership and management to the engineering team and maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing complex parts of the product

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
- Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption
- Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs)
- Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks
- Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale)
Soft Skills:
- 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
