Job Description

This role involves a blend of cutting-edge AI research and hands-on system development, ensuring that innovative ideas are turned into practical solutions. You will be working at the intersection of science and software, developing groundbreaking AI capabilities from prototypes to production-ready systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI research, with expertise in areas such as LLMs, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning. Experience with Python and frameworks like PyTorch or JAX is also essential. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of software engineering principles, including modular design, CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing.

  • Develop and implement innovative AI models and algorithms, leveraging your knowledge of deep learning and machine learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world products and services, ensuring seamless user experiences.

You will own the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, and be responsible for delivering high-quality results on time.
