About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Ai Research Scientist to join our Advanced AI R&D team. You will work with the research team to develop innovative solutions to complex scientific problems and challenges from real-world applications, using cutting-edge technologies such as Large Language Models, evolutionary algorithms, and other machine learning and AI techniques.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced research in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and adjacent fields to solve complex business and societal problems.
  • Design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving novel architecture and training methodologies and advance AI capabilities.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, AI engineers, domain experts, and client teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Contribute to open-source communities through active GitHub engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Mentor junior researchers and engineers.
  • Advise AI engineers on the development of practical applications.
