HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our organization.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy.
  2. Advisory role to senior management on org design and workforce strategy.
  3. Lead key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  4. Change management and transformation program support.

Requirements:

  • Analytical mindset with ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
