Our company is looking to hire a Senior Manager- PPM for its People function based out of Bangalore with a flexible work mode.
About The Role
The role-holder will be responsible for owning & driving the planning & performance cycle in the People team. This includes managing budgets, providing valuable analytical insights to enable decision-making resulting in higher quality & service, and tracking targets and productivity for People function. The role will govern financial controls of people overheads & find efficiencies to deliver cost savings. Additionally, the role holder will also be responsible for Target Setting & Cascading for the organization. Furthermore, the role holder is required to partner with key business stakeholders to drive Rewards Philosophy and merit cycle for India BU.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ZBB process for BU India – Policy, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, 1 YP management.
- Manage the cycle of 3YP, 1YP and other key planning cycles in the people team.
- Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures and people cost through Anaplan.
- Provide deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
- Apply organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
- Work with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of people team. Act as PMO to lead projects for people team.
Essential Qualifications
- MBA in any specialization from a top-tier B-School
- 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects
