Job Title: Executive - HR Operations

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Human Resource operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key result areas, including SAP and Non-SAP invoice processing, vendor management, card distribution, onboarding, and manual letter creation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience, preferably in HR operations. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • SAP Invoice Processing:
      • Create PR, PO, SRN in SAP for invoice processing and obtain barcode of payments.
      • Follow up and track payments with approvers for processing.
      • Maintain MIS of all payments as per Financial Year.
      • Process critical invoice payments within defined TAT.
      • Resolve invoice-related queries for payments on hold.
      • Other invoice processing within defined TAT.
    • Non-SAP Invoice Processing:
      • Process non-PO invoices and release payments as per TAT.
      • Process employee expense invoices.
      • Process consultant reimbursement bills.
    • Vendor Management:
      • Share vendor registration format with vendors.
      • Vet agreement documents and process modifications.
      • Resolve vendor queries, update payment status, share payment advice & UTR number.
      • Collect agreement documents from SPOC.
      • Automate payment clearance process.
    • Card Distribution:
      • Distribute cards to new and old employees.
      • Assist in resolving employee queries and clear records from SPOC.
      • Maintain card record and MIS for all distributions.
      • Create yearly PR & PO for JSW Steel, JSW Retail, and Distribution.
    • Onboarding:
      • Review and approve employment and educational documents submitted by candidates.
      • Verify physical documents and create employee files.
      • Create ID cards and employee IDs for Corporate Office employees.
      • Create employee IDs and hand over cards to PAN India location employees.
    • Manual Letter Creation:
      • Create visa letters.
      • Extend internship letters.
      • Make project completion letters.
      • Relieve and exit letters.
      • Consultant letters and other manual creations as requested.
    • Other Responsibilities:
      • Plan senior management inductions as per HRBP's request.
      • Set up in-person interactions with senior management.
      • Coordinate tours with Plant HRs.
