As a seasoned sales expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing high-value business opportunities. Your mission is to craft compelling sales pitches that resonate with key decision-makers, foster strategic partnerships, and deliver results-driven UI/UX design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Generate leads, build relationships with industry leaders, and create a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses that showcase the value proposition of our UI/UX services.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and translate business needs into actionable design solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, ensure successful project outcomes, and maintain a strong customer focus.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while continuously refining sales strategies to drive business growth.

About You:

  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
  • UI/UX Expertise: Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close deals with enterprise or mid-market clients, leveraging exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Candidate Profile: Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales an advantage.

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Design).
  • Licenses/Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Sales, Salesforce Certification) an asset.
