
Chief Sales Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering company and contribute to its 1-to-100 journey. You'll work closely with the current AE team, who have developed a proven playbook for sales.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the prospect journey from qualified meetings to close, optimizing each step to drive conversions.
Discovery and Demos: Lead discovery calls, conduct compelling product demos, and work with Customer Success and Engineering to create custom demos.
Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor junior AEs on best practices, help close deals, and join senior sales efforts.
Pilot Management: Manage pilots, demonstrate the value of Humantic's solution, and steer deals to victory through project management and proactiveness.
Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts, demonstrate the value of Humantic's solution compared to legacy vendors, and win deals.
Implementation: Work with Engineering and Solutions to manage implementations and guide prospects towards go-live.
Sales Quotas: Exceed sales targets.
CRM Hygiene: Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene for improved pipeline visibility.
Product Improvement: Advocate for customer needs in discussions with Product, Design, and Engineering.
Team Building: Hire and develop a team of AEs over time.
About the Role- You will be responsible for leading the sales motion and expanding our growth.
- 8+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to US customers is required.
- Previous experience selling to Mid Market and Enterprise customers is necessary.
- Prior coaching or managing junior AEs is a strong plus.
- Ability to build, manage, and motivate a team is essential.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
- A track record of consistently beating quotas is required.
- Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset are necessary.
- Strong project management skills and proactiveness are required.
- Understanding of sales processes (e.g., MEDDPICC) is necessary.
- MANDATORY: Willingness to work in the US time zone.
