Lead Retail Sales Strategist

Drive the success of our Delhi boutique as a highly experienced and dynamic Lead Retail Sales Strategist.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Oversee all aspects of the store to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Build lasting relationships with high net worth clients through exceptional sales skills and personalized styling advice.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive work environment.
  • Engage with customers directly to build rapport, provide expert advice, and drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff skills and productivity.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains exceptional visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA from a leading institution and a degree in fashion from a Tier 1 Indian college.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Direct luxury sales or real-estate consultancy firms.
  • Excel in selling and engaging with high net worth clients at a personal level.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, inspiring and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with high net worth customers.
  • Be results-driven with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Maintain the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
