Job Opportunity: Business Partnership Specialist
Overview:
- We seek a skilled professional to drive successful business partnerships and ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with clients through strategic consulting, delivering insights and solutions that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key opinion leaders.
- Supervise local healthcare professional targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses.
- Support sales and marketing efforts, including proposal development and participation in sales meetings.
- Develop and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training content.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
- Collaborate with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using industry-leading platforms.
- Liaise with internal support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from the technology team.
- Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
- Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel), project management software, word processing software (Word), email software (Outlook), and presentation software (PowerPoint).
