
Regional Partnership Executive

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic alliances and partnerships across the zone. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Strategic Alliances: Foster relationships with financial institutions and non-banking financial companies to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Onboard New Partners: Identify and engage with new partners through consultative B2B interactions, showcasing our company's capabilities in Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.
- Innovate Partnership Models: Develop innovative partnership models to enhance market penetration and achieve zonal targets through partner channels.
- Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of existing alliances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Develop Business Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy, providing market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product development.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of alliance managers and business development executives to ensure smooth operations across partner touchpoints.
