Job Title: Regional Business Growth Manager.

Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for leading our regional business growth, managing overall branch profitability, and building strong customer relationships to expand our footprint in the region.

  • Lead and Manage Overall Branch Business with Sales & Operations: Achieve sales targets, drive end-to-end sales activities including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.
  • Drive End-to-End Sales Activities: Independently introduce, demonstrate, negotiate, and close high-value technology deals.
  • Prepare and Present Proposals: Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to Boards and key decision-makers.
  • Conceptualize and Propose Solutions: Conceptualize and propose software licensing, IT services, and cloud infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Build and Nurture Long-Term Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure Complete Accountability: Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Strengthen relationships with existing customers and promote additional solutions, upgrades, and value-added services.
  • Timely Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (Team management experience mandatory).
  • Key Account Management: Strong experience in Key Account Management.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
  • Self-Driven Professionals: Self-driven, result-oriented professionals with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Science or MBA.
  • Post-Graduation: Post-graduation in IT will be an added advantage.
