Job Overview

This senior compliance specialist role oversees a distributed team that supports physical security compliance across multiple data center locations. As a strategic and operational leader, you will develop compliance frameworks, conduct audits, and implement control measures to manage risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Regional Compliance Specialists to ensure sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks, conducting audits and evaluations to identify areas of non-compliance or vulnerability.
  • Implement corrective actions, recommending process improvements and collaborating across teams to enhance policies and training.
  • Deliver clear and timely reports, conduct training sessions, lead webinars, and facilitate meetings to promote compliance awareness.
Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field and 5+ years of progressive compliance experience. A combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

A strong background in supporting operations teams in a datacenter environment is essential. ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certification is highly desirable.
