Galaxy HR Solutions is a leading provider of human resources solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary: 9 LPA - 11LPA

As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for connecting with prospects and converting them into paid members. You will also be responsible for improving our conversions on various programs.

You will have the opportunity to think creatively and analytically, looking at numbers and conversion metrics per event and scaling revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Closing B2C sales for personal development and self-transformation.
  2. Nurturing prospects on social media posts that align with our brand voice.
  3. Meeting sales targets by working on sales leads retargeting.
  4. Supporting during webinars, seminars, live events, etc., for connecting with prospects and helping them make decisions.

You may be a good fit for this position if you have:

  • 5+ years of active sales experience.
  • At least 3-year experience in B2C sales.
  • Native English speaking and writing skills.
  • Highly experienced in sales closing.
  • Familiarity with personal growth & self-development industry.
  • Past experience of writing various types of messages/emails leading to CTA for sales.
  • Understanding of buyer personas and ability to tailor tone of voice accordingly.
  • Solid knowledge of connecting with people principles.
  • Prior experience in closing high-ticket sales is a plus.
